The Sisterhood project

According to the human rights protection of the vulnerable groups, women and girls are ranked top of the list out of the twelve groups. This is because like other groups they have been traditionally victims of violation and thus require special protection for equal and effective enjoyment of their rights like any other person in society.
Great child foundation is empowering young women and women at large in the society in order to help them attain financial freedom and make better life decisions through campaigns and hands on skills training.
Our Goals

• Provide a safe home for every vulnerable child

• Educate as many children as possible all over Uganda to reduce the levels of illiteracy

• Ensure good health and food security for all vulnerable children in Uganda

• Combat poverty among vulnerable children through enabling self-reliance
• Enforce Child Rights
• Empower and support adolescent girls and women
